1. Snow White
-백설 공주 이야기-
A long time ago, a child was born to a queen and king and she was called Snow White.
오래전에, 한 아이가 왕과 왕비사이에서 태어났어요. 그녀는 백설 공주라고 불러졌죠.
When the queen die, the king married again.
왕비가 죽었을 때 , 왕은 다시 결혼을 했답니다.
But the new queen wicked and gated Snow White so much that she gave orders that Snow White was to be treated as a servant.
하지만 새로운 왕비는 백설 공주에게 너무나 심술궂게 굴고, 명령하며 그녀를 하녀처럼 취급했어요.
Snow White grew very beautiful and one day a Prince riding by, saw her at work and fell on love with her.
백설 공주는 매우 아름답게 자랐고, 어느 날 왕자가 말을 타고 가면서 일을 하고 있는 그녀를 보았고 그녀에게 사랑에 빠졌어요.
But when the Queen consulted her Magic Mirror to find out that Snow White's beauty surpassed even her own, she ordered a hunter to kill Snow white.
하지만, 왕비가 그녀의 마술거울에 물었어요. 백설 공주의 아름다움이 그녀보다 뛰어나냐고... 그녀는 사냥꾼에서 백설 공주를 죽이라고 명령했어요.
However, the hunter couldn't kill Snow White and Snow White was forced to flee into the forest, where she befriended seven dwarfs to cook and look after them.
하지만, 사냥꾼은 백설 공주를 죽일 수 없었고, 백설 공주는 요리며 그녀를 돌봐줄 수 있는 일곱 난장이가 있는 숲속으로 달아나라고 사냥꾼이 떠밀었지요.
Soon the Queen discovered Snow White was alive and also where Snow White was living.
곧 왕비는 백설 공주가 살아있다는 것과 살아있는 곳도 또 하나 발견했지요.
So the Queen disguised herself as a witch, took a poisoned apple and set out for the Dwarfs' cottage. 그래서, 왕비는 그녀 스스로 마녀로 변장해서 독이든 사과를 가지고 난장이의 오두막집에 서있었어요.
She gave Snow White the poisoned apple to eat and as soon aw she bit the apple, she sank into unconsciousness.
그녀는 백설 공주에서 독이 든 사과를 먹으라고 주었고, 공주가 사과를 물자마자 그녀는 무의식속으로 가자 앉았어요.
Thinking she was dead, the Dwarfs built a glass coffin and put her in it.
그녀가 죽었다고 생각해서 난장이들은 유리관을 만들고 그녀를 그 안에 넣었어요.
For days she lay in the forest in her glass coffin.
며칠 동안, 그녀는 숲속에 유리관에 놓여있었어요.
One day, the Prince was riding through the forest looking for Snow White and found her.
어느 날, 왕자는 숲속으로 백설 공주를 찾으러 말을 타고 가면서 그녀를 발견했어요.
He kissed her and then she opened her eyes.
그는 그녀에게 키스를 했고 그녀는 눈을 떴어요.
The Prince took Snow White to this Palace where they were married and lived happily ever after.
왕자는 백설 공주를 그들이 결혼해서 영원히 행복하게 살았던 궁전으로 데려갔어요.
